Gran Cru

Grand Crus, the prestigious vineyards, aren‘t exclusive to the world of wine; they also have a counterpart in the realm of coffee. Therefore, we exclusively use top-notch raw coffee beans, and much like wines, the composition can vary from year to year.

In France, the term Grand Cru generally denotes a high-quality wine, akin to the German concept of ‚Großes Gewächs.‘ Only the finest coffees from around the world make it to this elite category, featuring well-known varieties such as Jamaica, Hawaii, Galapagos, or St. Helena. Additionally, Q coffees, scoring above 90 points, are part of this league and are not readily available on the regular market but rather sold through auctions.
